Northern Arizona University
With the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program, students who meet the university’s admission criteria and live in one of 15 Western states or American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam, can receive a reduced tuition rate significantly less than out-of-state tuition. Northern Arizona University is a public high-research institution with a main campus in Flagstaff, Arizona, more than 20 statewide campuses, and online programs. The university offers more than 190 baccalaureate and graduate degree programs, with a Fall 2023 enrollment of 28,194 students, 21,550 at the Flagstaff campus. Since our founding in 1899, NAU has fostered a collaborative community and a student-centered approach that engages students in active research and professional growth.
