This literature review provides information on the landscape of the engineering transfer, barriers to transfer, how institutions are working to improve engineering transfer, and ways to continue the revision of engineering pathways based on learning outcomes to achieve the goals of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE).
