Pathways To and Through College: Linking Policy with Research and Practice

States around the nation are looking for more effective strategies to align K-12 and higher education so that all students are prepared to go on to college and succeed there. This issue of Exchanges summarizes discussions exploring existing strategies and potential new approaches during a Western regional policy forum, Pathways to College: Linking Policy with Research and Practice.
