This document was developed using the philosophy and resources from the Interstate Passport® (2011-2023) program to enable block transfer of lower-division general education without traditional credit-to-credit articulation. This document can be leveraged by former Interstate Passport® network institutions to maintain transfer relationships or by institutions that wish to use the building blocks of the Interstate Passport® program to develop relationships with transfer partners.
