WICHE Academic Partnerships

Bringing together the Western Academic Leadership Forum (Forum) and the Western Alliance of Community College Academic Leaders (Alliance)

The  Forum is a membership organization that serves as a collaborative network to exchange ideas and information, share resources and expertise among provosts, academic vice presidents, chief executives, and chief academic officers at WICHE-region public and private doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s level institutions and related systems offices and state agencies. The Alliance is a membership organization that serves as an incubator for collaborating and problem-solving among chief academic officers (or equivalent) at WICHE-region community colleges and technical schools, related systems, and state coordinating and governing boards. In 2025 we bring together these two affinity groups to learn from one another.

• November 18, 2024 – Nominations for the Alliance Bernice Joseph Award and Forum Colleague’s Choice Award open
• November 22, 2024 – Registration Opens
• November 27, 2024 – Speakers Notified
• February 6, 2024 – Winners of the Alliance Bernice Joseph Award and Forum Colleague’s Choice Award  Notified
• February 28, 2025 – Early Bird Registration Ends
• April 9, 2025 – Registration Closes
• April 23-25, 2025 – Annual Meeting
