The 2024 Together With Veterans Summit
TWV is a community health model aimed at reducing Veteran suicide in rural and frontier communities. We are currently working with 38 communities across the USA and Guam. Local Veterans and their communities implement best practices of suicide prevention through 6 key strategies. Each is designed to be consistent with the goals of the National Strategy for Preventing Veteran Suicide but in a way that is appropriate to the communities’ unique needs and available resources.
The TWV SUMMIT is a chance to bring members from each of the communities together with focuses on honing skills, networking, team building, celebrating accomplishments made over the past year, as well as seeking to introduce them to national supporting resources and organizations.
