NANSLO - Past Initiatives - NGLC Partners

There were eight primary partners in the NGLC project. Two partners, CCCS and BCcampus, brought consortium members to the project.

BCcampus is a consortium of 25 postsecondary institutions throughout British Columbia, Canada. Consortium members playing a prominent role included:  Capilano University, College of the Rockies, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Langara, North Island College, and University of British Columbia.

Colorado Community College System logo

Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is a system of 13 colleges serving over 150,000 students. Member colleges playing a  prominent role included:  CCConline, Community College of Aurora, Front Range Community College, and Red Rocks Community College.

WICHE logo

Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) served as the coordinating and fiscal agent for the project. One of four regional compacts established by the U.S. Congress in the early 1950s to facilitate the sharing of information and resources among higher education institutions in its region. Fifteen states and one U.S. territory are included.

 

The other partners had one representative on the NANSLO Advisory Board formed as part of the NGLC grant and each had one representative serving on each discipline panel.
