Jack Westfall was born and raised in a small framing community in Northeast Colorado. He attended medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his training at Rose Family Medicine Residency in Denver, Colorado. After joining the faculty at the Colorado School of Medicine, Dr. Westfall taught in the family medicine residency training program; the physician assistant program; presented lectures to the medical students; and provided CME lectures on a wide range of topics. Dr. Westfall founded the High Plains Research Network, a practice-based research network in rural Colorado dedicated to improving care in rural communities. Dr. Westfall was recently appointed the Associate Dean for Rural Health at the The CU School of Medicine. He is married to Dr. Audrey Yee, MD a neurologist, and has 2 boys, Matthew and Noah.

There will be no cost to the training consumer for viewing the web cast asynchronously and minimal costs for those wishing to obtain CD formats.
