Registration Information

All attendees must register for the meeting, including speakers and each Forum member’s official representative, for whom the registration fee is waived. Forum members may invite other staff with expertise in the program topics to accompany them at the discounted member fee.

The registration deadline for all attendees is April 5, 2013. Register at http://www.regonline.com/forum2013meeting.

Early Bird Registration - Up to March 15, 2013

  • Forum Member Attendees (fee waived for official representatives) - $425 per person for staff accompanying member

  • Non-Member Attendees - $495 per person*

*Special offer to new members attending the Forum meeting: 50% off dues for FY2013 and your official representative goes to the meeting for free. see DETAILS

 

Regular Registration — March 15-April 5, 2013

  • Forum Member Attendees (fee waived for official representatives) - $495 per person for staff accompanying member

  • Non-Member Attendees - $595 per person*

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation requests must be received in writing prior to April 3, 2013, in order to receive a refund less $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the April 3 deadline.  WICHE/Forum is not responsible for cancelling hotel reservations.
